I am writing to extend my gratitude for such a great round that I experienced with Western Gailes Golf Club on Monday 16th May 2011 at 9.00 AM.
 
I played as a one ball, with my wife and young son accompanying, and having played some of the UK`s best courses, to include Royal Troon, Royal St Georges, Prestwick Old Course, Royal Cinque Ports, Turnberry etc, I can truly say it was the best experience I had had on any golf course!
 
Despite the high winds and wet weather, we had a really enjoyable round, and the condition of the course made it a pleasure to be playing on such a day. The staff, and members, we encountered were so helpful and we cannot praise highly enough how welcomed we were made to feel, with Henry, the starter, letting us warm ourselves in the starters hut before tee off, through to Phil, the assistant caddiemaster who helped us from start to finish. I must note too, that the members of your club were also very friendly, and made us feel at home - something that I must say we don't get too often at our own home course, let alone at a course a long way from home!
 
Our outstanding experience with you really made our holiday, and could not fault one aspect of our experience.
